Mandla Patrick Shiba
AGA(SA), PIA(SA) – Founder
Mandla Patrick Shiba is the founder of Shiba & Associates with more than 24 years of experience across the public and private sectors. Having completed his SAICA articles with one of the traditional Big Four firms in 2001, Mandla has developed extensive experience in both external and internal auditing.
His professional experience includes working with municipalities, government departments and state-owned entities. From 1 March 2024, he was accepted as a SAIT regional representative for the Mpumalanga region by the South African Institute of Taxation.
